Elimination Dance by Michael Ondaatje

I've always loved this deeply poignant poem, but this beautiful recording brings it to another level. Full of dark humor until the devastating last line, it's based on the game where a caller lists out various experiences one might have had and people sit down one by one if it applies to them until only a single person remains standing (or walking, or dancing, there are many versions).
